Hidden Little Gem in Manly's Eastern Hill

A total refresh and fit-out was carried out to this studio apartment.  This apartment is a short term holiday and business rental mainly for Airbnb.  This project required complete furnishing and equipment sourcing within a very tight schedule to ensure it was up and running to meet the demand to launch the studio.

Located in one of Sydney's most sought after beach addresses, this 1970s apartment underwent a complete full-scale renovation to modernise and optimise space that the owners so desperately needed.  Conversion of a separate toilet and laundry into a second highly utilised bathroom space.  Now they have created a 'forever' home that suits them and their lifestyle.

A full renovation from the ground up was desperately needed to give this dated apartment a second life. The owners now enjoy a huge increase in rental returns plus offering their valued guests this serene accommodation just minutes away from
Manly Beach.

A partial renovation was carried out on this 1980s apartment in the heart of Manly Beach.

This included removing a wall to open up the kitchen to create more light and space.   The installation of floor-to-ceiling cabinetry for excess storage in the dining area was key in adding value to the apartment.  The result is sleek and contemporary by using a simple palette to create harmony with the existing fixed elements.
